In the month of July, I started my journey as a pastry chef by studying Diploma in Pastry and Baking in Shatec. Before I start, i like to share why I want to be a Pastry Chef ?
Those who know me will know that I am good in cooking. Why not studying Culinary Arts and become a Culinary Chef? Yes, since young i have interest and passion in cooking. I love to cook all kind of dishes and results always quite satisfied . I even thought of studying Culinary Arts in future if i have a chance. My interest and passion changed when I got the recipe book as a birthday present and start to make item from the book. What kind of book that make me changed ? Is the recipe book of Cheesecake. I started to follow the book and make all kind of cheesecake and when the result came out is much more satisfied then cooking, that was where I growth passion with it.
So I start to do research about pastry n find out the Institute that i can fulfill my dream and that where i found out about Shatec and where my journey begin in Shatec in July.
